Our Policies

Classes and instruction begin on time. There is a 10 minute grace window to allow for any personal delays. We cannot guarantee staff availability to help customers catch up on project instruction for delays longer than 10 minutes. For questions or unexpected circumstances, please call the studio.

Cancellations: Any deposits are non-refundable. However, if at least 6 hours advance notice is given prior to the class start you may transfer the deposit towards another class ONE time.

Each class features different activities. Persons may paint with acrylic paints, spray paints, enamels, and glazes, may cut / sand / nail wood, handle pottery, work with resin, glass, glass fusing tools and possibly use tools and materials not listed here. We will provide guidance on the correct use of the tools and materials and provide safety gear, but accidents are an inherent risk. By completing this order you accept all liability and agree to hold Soul Fire Art Studio, Ltd. harmless for any accidents which occur.

Many of our projects are messy, some can leave permanent stains / tears. Soul Fire provides smocks and encourages behavior that limits risk to clothing. Soul Fire Art Studio, Ltd. is not responsible for any stained/torn clothing. Please dress appropriately.

In order for classes to be enjoyable for all, appropriate behavior and participation is expected. Soul Fire Art Studio, Ltc. reserves the right to excuse individuals who are not behaving in accordance with studio standards after a warning. No refund will be given for that session.

We sometimes take pictures during classes and events to be used for future promotional material. By completing this order you allow Soul Fire Art Studio, Ltd. to use any photos of you and/or your project in this manner, unless you specifically communicate otherwise to staff on the day of the class or event.
