Chef Dominic Colose has a predominately Mediterranean culinary style with influences from the many notable dining establishments he has served. Most recently Dominic was head chef at Chez Nous in Schenectady and spent years as the chef at Saratoga's Wine Bar as well. He owned and operated the Yawning Duck Pasta Shop on Beekman Street where his pastamaking skills shined. Dominic brings his vast knowledge of food and wines to his private dinners, catered events and cooking classes.
