During the “Italian Immersion” class, you will receive a Spice Chica Chef Hat and use of our luxury signature apron. There will be hands-on instructions given throughout the class and also tips and new techniques given and explained by our Italian Chef.
Discover step by step how to make a satisfying full Italian menu, from the antipasto appetizer to dessert, including the art of making pasta fresca! Learn to cook pasta such as tagliatelle or gnocchi in this fun hands-on pasta making adventure. After you prepare your pasta, the chef
will prepare tempting sauce to accompany it such as fresh basil pesto, and talk
about Ragu out of wild mushrooms, and an array of other sauces.
Note that because we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers and farms the menu will vary depending on what we find that day!

ABOUT THE CLASS:
What To Expect: Great cooking isn’t just about recipes—it’s about techniques and passion. In our classes you’ll work on your own or together with your guest (s) in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Portion: Size for one person.(many times for 2). (Groupon holders is different)
Time: Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted . You may work with other students at one table.
What to bring: If possible, please bring a to-go container (bags are provided).
Class size: 8-12 students.If less than 8 students registered, class may be postponed 48 hrs before scheduled time.
Payment: onsite cash in US or pesos or credit card
Other: You will be standing, sitting and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Hungry: Eat your own pasta or take it to go!
