Join Susan and Melanie, for a day of intuitive painting and  Holy Yoga meditative sessions. Th This class will be a healing experience, helping you tap into your creative mind and a welcomed break to enjoy mindfulness. 

Melanie Beard, is a registered yoga instructor. She offers classes out of her home studio, Yoga by Melanie and at the Life Center in Greencatle.
