About the Teacher:
Michelle is an experienced and beloved art teacher in the area with over 20+ years of experience. With an art history background, she teaches through that lens and uses the elements of art, principles of design, genre, and processes as a framework for her lessons for both children and adults. Michelle also teaches hands-on art history enrichment classes and camps under her business "Smart About Art", volunteers at the Museum of Fine Arts and does drop-in art with new refugees. In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, travel, walk/hike, practice yoga, go to the beach and museums and spend time with her family (hubs and 2 "kids" in their mid-20's).
Fun fact: Michelle and her family were on Family Feud!
