Your baby is mastering head control and is becoming more alert! This leaves you with so many more questions like how to entertain a baby? Your baby may be starting to roll over and it’s brought about hundreds of safe sleep questions! You’re also probably wondering when sleep will start to get rhythmic and what you need to be doing to support your child’s next physical milestone like sitting up!
From feeding to naps and sleep training to developmental growth, we've got you covered. We know you’re even starting to get some intentional smiles from your baby—we want to share in even the “smallest” wins with you! Your baby is only going to get cuter and more interactive, we want to help you in knowing how to support that!
In a safe, non-judgemental and nurturing environment, co-owner of The Paint Bar and mom, Jackie Schon, along with HeHe Stewart, owner of Tranquility by Hehe, Maternity Concierge, host this weekly fun and supportive group where parents can connect and share the joys of their growing babies, as well as the challenges from sleep, to bottle or breastfeeding, relationships and more - all while doing art!
During our 6 weeks together, we will introduce developmentally appropriate toys to use with your baby, along with new activities to keep them stimulated and encourage intellectual advancements. We'll discuss both the joys and difficulties that come with your growing little human and answer any questions you may have about this stage of parenting!
We'll also create art projects centered around your baby that you can use in the nursery!
And most importantly you can make friends and find confidence in yourself as a mom and a new parent! You will be surrounded by a group of amazing moms with babies a similar age as yours looking for the same support and community as you are and understand the sleep deprivation and mom-brain moments - all while making artwork and keepsakes for their soon to be newborn's nursery.
Sessions are casual and projects are fluid, running from week to week because let's face it... you may get interrupted by spit up, poop, or an upset baby and that is totally OK!
Classes will be held through Zoom and projects will be shipped to everyone after the first week! We will send you a link to choose which projects you wish to do, as well as design options. And you will have the first week to discuss your projects with Jackie!
