Thank you for choosing our events. We understand that sometimes plans can change and we strive to accommodate those changes as efficiently as possible. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests, we have outlined our cancellation policy below: All sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to make the class, you may substitute another person in your place. Please email us at thepaintedpotterinc@gmail.com with the name of who is coming in your place. The Painted Potter can not be held responsible for any unforeseen events including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, or any other circumstances.
