Private Parties

Book the whole studio for your private event

Private Parties begin after the store closes at 6pm on the weekends. Kids parties are 2 hours, and adults parties are 3 hours total. 

Your guests will choose from our wide range of ceramic items, receive instruction on painting from our knowledgable staff, and decorate their items. 

You may bring food to enjoy, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Should you be interested in serving alcohol, we do allow this. However you will need to procure a "Special Event Permit" from the LCBO. Contact us to find out more about this option.

We are also delighted to offer extra special personalized Loot Bags from our friendly neighbourhood Loot Bag Lady for your guests, should your party be for kids!

Cost of ceramics for painting parties

Kids Parties:

We have 2 levels of figurines (most popular choice) for your party. $17.00 for Tiny Tots and $22.00 for Party Animals. We also have an assortment of similarly priced items like banks, boxes, plates, dishes, mugs, etc. Additionally, if you would like to have a theme for your party, please contact us to arrange a custom order. Custom orders typically take 3-4 weeks, so please plan accordingly.

Minimum Cost of parties

For private and semi private parties we require either 8 painters, or a $136 minimum of ceramics. This is typically covered if you have 8 painters and choose our lowest priced party item, however if you would like to have a smaller number of painters, simply increase the price point for the ceramic item selected to reach the $136 minimum.

Additional Information

We have a small bar fridge that you can use to store food items for your party. Please bring your own cutlery and dishes, as well as any simple decorating items like themed table cloths or napkins. We ask that you do not bring balloons or piñata, due to the breakable nature of ceramics.
