Day 1
Fresh Pasta: Pasta hand made and shaped
Tomato Sauce: Red sauce with herbs

Day 2
Paella: A classic Spanish rice dish cooked in a special Paella pan ours is studded with vegetables and chorizo sausage
Gazpacho: Traditional cold Spanish soup, this recipe is fresh and smooth with tomatoes, sweet peppers, bread to thicken and herbs.
Basque Cheesecake: A rich, sweet treat, creamy and unlike American cheesecake, browned and crackling on top.
Day 3
Risotto with Peas and Cheese: Creamy Italian rice dish, method is the key to this classic.
Chicken Milanese: These crunchy breaded cutlets are perfect topped with fresh greens or a chopped caprese salad.
Chopped Caprese Salad: A summer favorite with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil
Day 4
Chicken Kabob: Marinated chicken, skewered and roasted great with tzatziki
Tzatziki: A traditional yogurt and cucumber sauce with lemon and fresh herbs.
Hummus: Classic chickpea and tahini dip
Horiatiki (Greek Salad): Cucumber, olives, tomatoes and bell peppers in a rich greek vinaigrette.
