Advanced Pastry - Confections - Candy Bar Creations 5/12

Immerse yourself in the world of confections. In this class you will learn to create some of the most popular confections in the world, Milky Way, and Snickers. You will learn techniques such as nougat and caramel with an overview of chocolate tempering. And of course, how to assemble it all into delectable bites!

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian
