Class Description:
Join us for a mucho fun “spirited” journey through Mexican ports of call. Let's say it’s a little bit “Love Boat” with a big splash of tequila! Chef Bruce Campbell will entertain us with great cooking lessons as well as tequila tales along the way. We'll learn about the various styles of tequila and line up some tastings so you can really learn. Since Bruce is also known as the "King Of The Cocktail" we'll also learn how to create a Paloma and a "Howlin' Coyote Cocktail' (the latter of which he will divulge it's secret ingredients). Everyone knows it’s not the best idea to cruise the seas on an empty stomach, so Bruce will show you how to make some of his fav South Of The Border Inspired dishes including Grilled Margarita Chicken with Warm Jalapeno Corn Relish, Black Bean Salsa, Smoked Pork Quesadillas, Grilled Pineapple Cake with Tequila! So come aboard...we’re expecting you!
