Meet Your ChefChef Elvira is on a mission to share gourmet plant-based recipes for all types of diners (plant-based or not!). She has been a vegetarian and vegan chef for over 35 years and co-owned one of the first vegetarian restaurant in Cologne, Germany among other vegetarian catering services across Germany, Italy, and the United States.
Passionate about food from the start, Elvira's cookbook Irresistibly Vegan, went on to win one of the prestigious Gourmand World Awards for Best Canadian Vegan Cookbook!
