Class Description:
Who says you can’t grill in February? (We'll be inside, so stay calm!) In this laid-back Tuesday night class, we’ll start with an Aperol Spritz while you build your Antipasto Skewer. Then we’ll get down to learning how to grill the right way! Fire-building, heat zones, testing for doneness… all the basics to turn your backyard grilling from good to great. If we’re going to learn to grill, let’s use some killer recipes inspired by the Italian countryside that feature fresh and healthful ingredients as well as amazing flavor combinations. You'll help prepare Chicken Diavolo, Grilled Zucchini with Ricotta, Fire-Roasted Spuds, and a gorgeous Panzanella Salad. And for dessert, we’ll have Bruce’s famous Grilla-misu. It’s Tiramisu… only it’s grilled. You will have to taste it to believe it. C’mon down to our Italian-style grill and chill.
NOTES:
- We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.
- If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes.
- Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
- Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
- Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
