During this class we will teach you how to make 3 different types of sushi, California Roll, Inside out rolls and Tuna Sashimi.
Skills covered:
Cooking and seasoning of the sushi rice
Advise about purchase of sushi grade fish
How to use a bamboo mat
How to roll and cut the sushi
Once you register you will receive the class recipes along with a shopping list for the class. You can opt to just observe the class if you wish not to cook along with us. You will be sent the class link the day before the class. #gaynorsschoolofcooking
