• Buttercream Basics
• Piping Understanding and Techniques
• Fondant Tinting and Cutting

The very talented Pensacola Cooks Culinary Instructor, Deepthi, comes along side you as you hone your cake decorating skills. Each attendee will assemble and decorate their own 6-inch, 2-layer tiered cake to take home and share with family or friends.

As is the Pensacola Cooks tradition, cooking classes are an affordable way to explore depth of flavors, to practice new cooking techniques, and to learn more about the mix of food and culture. It's a fun way to meet new people or have a new experience with your foodie friends.

Want the whole class for your own group on a different date?

Private Group Classes are ideal for groups of up to 20. Classes typically run 2 hours, but timing can be adjusted to suit your schedule and menu choice.
