Women only, please! Ages 16 and up
Join me for an evening of fun with like-minded women! We will go through a series of therapeutic art exercises and each of you will leave with a completely unique painting. Your painting will serve as a reminder of the fun evening you had while creating. Have even more fun bring a friend! There also will be time for mindfulness exercises, wonderful music, and chocolate! We will enjoy refreshments and you are very welcome to bring your own beverage of choice.
No artistic ability is needed for this class. This is an evening meant to allow yourself to give up control and forget PERFECTION! Trust me for one night and open the door to your creative soul.
