Are you looking for a fun activity to fill your Friday nights (and lots of other nights) with strategy and laughter?
Mox Boarding House is the best place to start your Magic: The Gathering journey! Choose your color and start your journey toward becoming a master of wizardry. Be aggressive with red, be defensive with white, be cunning with blue, be conniving with black, be strong with green... or like many players, find the best mix of these for you, or play all of the above! With over 25,000 unique cards and counting, as well as an array of different formats, you can truly play the way you want to play.
At this event, staff will spend a short time teaching the basics of the game and then give each person a Magic Foundations Welcome Deck for free! Welcome Decks are fully legal 60-card Magic decks that you could bring to a Standard tournament and play. Players will then be encouraged to mingle, get a few games in, and learn the game hands-on. Staff will of course answer rules questions throughout the event, as well as give strategy tips for how best to maximize your gameplay.
Please remember that Mox Boarding House does not allow outside food or beverages, but we will always have water available as well as our full menu of delicious options.
