Class Description:
Join us for a special cooking experience with a seasoned culinary instructor and learn to make perfect risotto, plus a bonus lesson on the proper way to cook poached scallops that pair perfectly with risotto. This evening Chef and experienced culinary instructor, Richard McPeake, will help you discover that, with a little bit of know-how and some practice, your risotto will turn out perfectly. Once you learn the basics of preparing risotto, you’ll be astounded at the many variations such as Creamy Risotto AND a Savory Beer Risotto (that’s cooked with beer) that you’ll learn to prepare to change it up!

Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
For Adult Classes: you must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.
Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all Adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.

If you or any member of the group for which you are registering is under 18 years of age at the date of the class, please contact The Culinary Center of Kansas City at cook@kcculinary.com or 913-341-4455 to determine whether admittance to class will be allowed. I acknowledge and understand that I and all parties for whom I am registering will be asked to execute a written liability waiver prior to the start of the class and that this waiver is required in order to participate in the class.
