Who will be the Instructor? We have a very talented group of instructors who love teaching kids! All Chef Instructors are highly skilled in their topic area and bring that skill, passion and personality to class.
Wine & Beer: available for sale for students over 21yrs old.
Materials: Recipe packets are provided for students to use class and take home.
Class size: The maximum number of students for skills classes is 12
Equipment needed: All kitchen equipment, knives, aprons, food, spices and herbs are provided. This is an immersion, hands-on class and you will be on your feet most of the class (consider wearing comfortable shoes).
Time: Skills class is just 2 hours long. Please be on time! We do our best to end on time, but there are times when we go over just a bit...things happen!
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Parking is available in the parking garage directly behind The Opera Galleria at the corner of Laporte and Mason for $1 an hour.
