Cancellation and Refund Policy

😷Masks are recommended. Camp is non-refundable. If your child has any symptoms of illness, we ask that you call or text (905-728-6939) the studio a minimum of 4 hours before your camp to reschedule without penalty within 30 days of the original session. ⏰Please arrive on time, your child may miss out on a project if late with no make-up. 😒 No-shows and missed camp sessions are non-refundable. 📝Space is limited, only those participating in the class may stay unless arrangements have been made with Ceramics Canada ahead of time. We will not be responsible for your personal belongings, please leave valuables at home. 👐Dress for mess! Aprons will be provided. but clothing stains may still occur, Lastly, life is busy, so please do not forget about your pottery! Our space is limited. Pottery left more than 30 days from your first camp session will sadly be considered abandoned and will become the property of Ceramics Canada to be discarded at your expense.. Completed projects must be picked up within 30 days of the camp date. Projects left beyond 30 days will become the property of Ceramics Canada and will be discarded at your expense.
