Summer Camp : Time Travel Adventures 2

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or delivered to the studio. All cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to the first day of camp. "No Shows" are not eligible for a refund or studio credit. If the studio cancels an event, a full refund will be issued. The studio reserves the right to cancel any camp event due to a lack of engagement. I grant permission for the studio to use photographs or images from this event for promotion and/or advertising. Assumption of Risk/Waiver of Liability As legal guardian of the below-named persons, I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the studio on my own behalf and the behalf of my child and our respective heirs, administrators, executors, and successors, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or other representatives, whether paid or volunteer, FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, ON THE MINOR'S ACCOUNT OR MINE caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the studio its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or agents. I have read and understand, and will at all times, abide by and have my child abide by rules, regulations and policies as set forth by the studio.

Payment is due at the time of registration. All Payment are non-refundable. We order supplies once your child is registered and as a result this makes it very hard on us if you cancel. If something comes up, as we know it does on occasion please try to fill your registered space with a friend or family member. While we love technology, a part of this program is interaction with other kids. We ask that you please keep personal game systems at home. Also we totally understand the need for cell phones, but we would ask that kids classes be a no-texting zone. We will ask Kiddos to please put phones away when we start our class. The Art Haven and its agents shall not be held responsible and are hereby released from any liability for sickness, accident or injury left in the care of Art Haven. By agreeing to this policy you consent to the use of your child’s photo/likeness for the purpose of publicity/advertising or future events at the Art Haven. If this is a concern please specify in writing before the start of classes. All classes run from 9 am – 4 pm, prompt drop off and pick-ups are necessary unless your child is registered for before/after care. Cost for the camp stays the same if you forego pizza and juice boxes. You can bring your own lunch box, but ALL FOOD AND SNACK THAT YOU BROUGHT IN MUST BE NUT FREE. Please send your child in play/painting clothing, we are going to have FUN and get MESSY! Kids will take home their creations as we go through the week. If there are any items not ready for pick up, we will notify you! PLEASE come to collect your child’s creations within a timely manner. Art Haven will hold them for a maximum of 8 weeks. If your child has any cold/flu symptoms, please refrain from sending them to camp. When weather permits, we will take a walk to local parks or out side the store. Children will be guided with counselors and will not be taken on busy main roads. If this is an issue ,please let us know before the start of your camp week!
