Pasta Workshop - Filled

This class is for those who aim to impress! The world of filled pastas is vast and flavorful. Discover many of our favorite Italian variations including familiar pasta shapes like ravioli and not so common shapes like caramelle (candy-shaped) and pansotti (half-moons). Complete each dish with a sauce made from scratch.

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
