Class Description:
Grab your significant other and join us for this special pop-up dinner Chef's Table for Valentine’s Day! This is a demonstration culinary event in which you will watch Chef Vicky make one dish and learn tips, tricks, and techniques that you and your partner can use in your own kitchen.

Our evening starts out with a refreshing shrimp ceviche. Light, bright, and flavorful, a great way to kick the night off. Then we’ll enjoy a Spring Mix Salad with Strawberries, Candied Pecans, and served with a fresh Raspberry vinaigrette. We will have fresh baguettes with butter on the table to pair. For the main course? Red Wine Braised Short Ribs with Mushroom Risotto and Asparagus Bundles. Dessert is a decadent Red Velvet Strawberry Layer Cake with a Whipped White Chocolate Ganache. It’s the perfect ending to a romantic evening with that someone special.

We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.

If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.

There are certain classes where 14 years and older may attend as long as an adult also attends with them and as long as we have a completed waiver signed by a legal representative for the child. Without prior approval and a properly signed waiver, any registrant who is under 18 years of age will not be allowed to participate in this class. I acknowledge and understand that I and all parties for whom I am registering will be asked to execute a written liability waiver prior to the start of the class and that this waiver is required in order to participate in the class.
