We have a 24 hour policy for class cancellations. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the class to be issued credit to use towards a future class. We are unable to offer refunds. Please note: Art Factory reserves the right to cancel class at any time due to class size, weather, sickness, etc. If we feel we need to cancel a class, you will be notified by email and text message. If we cancel the class, then you will be given the option of rescheduling or a refund will be made.
