We'll toast the New Year with a glass of Vueve Fournay & Fils Blanc de Blanc and enjoy a charcuterie board before getting started with the menu below!

Pear, Pomegranate and Chicory Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette: Tart, sweet bitter and fresh salad celebrating the produce of the season

Lobster Risotto: Learn the perfect techniques to make risotto, elevated even further with lobster.


This class includes gluten, dairy and meat/seafood ingredients. No substitutions can be made.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children ages 11 and up are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
