PARTY PRICING:*
$450 for up to 12 children
$30 each additional child (20 maximum)

*A non-refundable deposit is required to book your event.
  A $20 travel fee applies for locations outside of Morris County.

YOUR PARTY INCLUDES:

• 1 hour art project (With step-by-step instruction)
• 1 instructor (+ assistant for larger parties)
• All materials and supplies
• Set up and clean up of art project area
• Pandora music streaming (Kidz Bop or similar)
• Downloadable Invite image (design free e-card on evite.com)

PAINTING SUPPLIES INCLUDED:

• Pre-drawn stretched canvas (12x16) 
• Acrylic Paint (Non-washable)
• Smocks
• Easels
• Paper plate palette
• Water cup 
• Paintbrushes
• Paper towels


PRIVATE PARTY POLICIES

Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. A $75 date change fee will be applied to request a new party date. (New event dates are subject to availability.)

Final headcount is due 5 days before your event- Please email headcount to sharon@artsistudio.com. We will process your final payment 3 days before your event to your securely stored credit card.

Your instructor will arrive 45 minutes before your party to set up. Your tables must be set up and covered before arrival. Please reserve an open space for the demo table we provide (2x4 feet). View example party setups here.

Your art project will take approximately 1 hour. At least one adult guardian must be present during your home party.

Smocks are provided but please dress for artmaking. Acrylic paint is permanent when dry.

Gratuity is not included in your party price. Cash tips are welcome on the day of your event. Please tip your instructor directly.
