HAND BUILDING IN CLAY TECHNIQUES

8 week class series
Tuesdays: 10am-1pm OR 6pm-9pm 
*Class includes instruction, kiln firing and studio glazes.

This class is instructed by Sharon Ingram, and designed to offer a rich experience of hand building techniques, tips and tricks for all skill levels. This is not your every day hand building in clay class! Each class series will offer a new technique each week for the first 6 weeks, where the students follow along through the process. Of course, everyone's work is very unique and original. This class will teach you to explore and work outside of the box!
Glazing of your pieces on weeks 7 and 8.

*Students will purchase a bag of clay and tools. 25 lbs bag of clay averages $18 plus tax. You will need some clay tools that will cost around $20 plus tax, if you don't already have them.

This class is a technique class and not for those that want to do studio time or do their own thing.  Studio time is available each week, where registered students can come in an make what they want or practice. Please ask for details during class.

This is a blended class with intermediate to advancing wheel students that will also be doing their own technique in class.
