​This order form should only be submitted if you do not see a design that meets your needs in our existing selections.  

If you want a special design, just complete this form and a Nellie Dog Pottery & Paints staff member will get back with you with in 72 hours to finalize your design and provide a quote.  

What size can your board be?

Your board can be as big or as small as you want.  The price will vary depending on how big/small your board will be.  

What color can you use on your board?

We have a wide variety of colors that can be used for stain and lettering.
