Cooking with Wine - Fresh Pasta and Beef Tenderloin

If you like to drink wine, you can cook with it as well. We will be making fresh pasta. The menu will feature:
Beef Tenderloin with demi glace or wine reduction sauce
Fresh Pasta with Chardonnay Cream sauce or mushroom sauce
