Class Description:
Sit back and relax as Chefs Vicky Lara transports you straight to the Tuscan countryside… through the power of beautiful Italian food. Chef Vicky is an accomplished professional with many years of cooking experience under her belt, so leave it to her to show you the ropes! Tonight, you’ll be greeted with a refreshing glass of Prosecco to start the night out right. Then you’ll learn essential culinary techniques as they walk you through a spectacular Tuscan-inspired menu that includes Crostini a la Romana, Caprese Salad, Focaccia Bread and Herbed Dipping Oil … all centered around perfectly prepared Chicken Piccata with Roasted Garlic and Red Pepper Sauce and Orzo Pasta as our main course. Can you say ‘pan sauce techniques? You will be able to after that dish we promise! You’ll be donning an apron and joining in on the cooking fun! We’ll finish with a wonderful and decadent Fruit Crostata with Homemade Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream. Wow. By the end of the evening, you’ll surely be planning your own trip to Tuscany! We hope you’ll join us for this delightful evening of fabulous Italian food and outstanding culinary instruction.
