Longing for great-tasting pasta in your gluten-free kitchen? Tried a few grocery store brands but just haven’t found any that taste good, much less hold up in a dish? Or the pasta ends up being so rigid it gives “al dente“ a whole new definition? Tonight you’ll enjoy a luscious handmade gluten free gnocchi dinner. Yes, you’ll make potato gnocchi from scratch and it’ll transport you to Italy. We’ll start with an Italian Salad with gluten-free Croutons made from scratch! Then you’ll grab and apron and start learning hands-on how to create Italian Potato Gnocchi and two sauces. We’ll serve your main course with gluten-free Dinner Rolls. and then it’s Panna Cotta for dessert. Let’s celebrate the season with the gift of some great cooking skills and some ‘go to’ gluten-free recipes.

- We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.

- Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
- Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
- Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
