Waiver Information

IN STUDIO PARTIES: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled party. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel before 48 hours, we would be happy to work with you to reschedule the party or offer you a credit to your account, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future event at the studio or walk-in session. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment. *We reserve the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather conditions that would make it unsafe for our staff/customers to travel to the studio. We will work with you to reschedule the party should it be canceled due to severe weather conditions. There is a $50 DEPOSIT required at the time of booking your party to secure the date and time. This will be deducted fully from the party total on the date of the party. The PARTY TOTAL will consist of the NUMBER of ATTENDANTS (minimum 8) multiplied by $8 + the total cost of selected projects.*The gratuity is not included in the listed price. A minimum of a 20% gratuity is suggested for the studio staff assisting you with the party.* TODAYS PAYMENT is a deposit. The balance of your payment will be due on the day of your event. Please Dress for a mess. ClayNation activities may include painting, sanding wood, working with glass, glass fusing tools, and possibly other sharp objects. We will give guidance and supervision with each activity, but we do not hold responsibility for any accidents that may happen. I grant to ClayNation the right to take photographs of me/my child and my property in connection with programs enrolled into above and furthermore these photos may be used for the purpose of promotion, marketing, or print and electronic publication. Projects are subject to change depending on material/supply availability. We will hold finished projects for up to 6 weeks. It is your responsibility to return to pick projects up.
