ROCK OUT. WORK OUT. POUND FIT & MIMOSAS

Welcome to the Prosper Playhouse Pound Fit & Mimosas Mamas workout!

You are registering for a 30 min Pound Fit class lead by our favorite Certified Pound Fit Instructor AJ Treble. This workout is followed by mimosas and snacks and offer childcare if needed!

We all need a little ‘ME’ time and what better way then a quick but super fun workout to get us into a healthy routine and into shape followed by networking and mama time with a mimosa and snack…trust me the mimosa and snack won’t eliminate your workout progress!

We must have at least 10 ladies to complete the class or we will issue a refund.  Childcare is available at $5/child by our staff in the party room with a movie or activity while we workout!

Arrive by 8, Workout begins at 8:15 mimosas and snacks and mingling from 8:45-9:30!
