Service begins at 10 AM, with reservations available every 15 minutes. Each reservation includes a 2-hour dining window, allowing guests to settle in, savor the experience, and enjoy the rhythm of the kitchen.
The following dishes reflect the style and direction of the menu. Selections may evolve, with seasonal additions and rotating plates designed to keep the experience fresh and exciting. These dishes are perfect for sharing amongst the table.
