We do not offer cash refunds. Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or email. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 72 hours. You may use these credits towards any future class or event booked through Occasion. These credits can NOT be used for walk-in painting. If you do not cancel prior to the 72 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. Parents will be required to fill out an information and emergency contact form. We reserve the right to contact parents and request an early pickup for children who are disruptive or behave inappropriately, with zero refunds. Sibling discount applies to students in the same household only. Ceramic pieces will be ready in 8 days; all pieces will be held for 45 days from the day they are ready.
