Show how to shape the dough for your pizza
Demonstrate how to make fresh mozzarella cheese
Provide tips on selecting the fresh veggie and herb options for your pizza (and talk about how we grow them on the farm)
Show how to cook the pizza in the oven
Operate the oven when you are cooking your pizza
Participants will
No cooking experience necessary.
Classes are designed for adults. Teens and tweens may attend with a supportive, registered adult.
NOTE: Ingredients include the following common allergens: gluten (wheat flour), dairy
We will have hot coffee, hot tea, and cold water available. Feel free to bring your own nonalcoholic beverages.
