Spanish Tapas Night Batavia

Transport your tastebuds to the coast of Spain for an evening of bold flavors, shared plates, and hands-on cooking. In this immersive tapas-style class, you’ll learn how to create a vibrant spread designed for gathering around the table and savoring every bite.
Together we’ll prepare:
Paella with Chorizo & Shrimp – Learn the secrets to building deep flavor, with layering saffron-infused rice.
Patatas Bravas – Crispy roasted potatoes topped with smoky, house-made bravas sauce.
Bacon-Wrapped Dates – Sweet Medjool dates wrapped for the perfect savory-sweet bite.
Classic Flan – Silky vanilla custard with rich caramel sauce, made from scratch.
Throughout the evening, you’ll practice essential techniques—from balancing spices and working with seafood to caramelizing sugar for the perfect flan. This class blends hands-on instruction with a relaxed, communal dining experience, ending with everyone gathered to enjoy the full Spanish-inspired feast together.


* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
* Beer, Wine and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. No Outside alcohol allowed.

Cancellation Policy?
All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email info@rosewfarm.com to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.

Should I eat before class?
All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
