If preapproved by management, I'll have a child that is not potty trained in attendance-this is the fee I will pay for this service. Only pre approved cases and special circumstances allowed.

I understand my child(ren) must be potty trained or they will incur the fee above and I may be called to pick them up early without refund.

I allow my child to order items from the Cafe during PNO, I'll be charged in $5 increments for their purchases based on allowed limits.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to limited spaces available, we cannot issue refunds for no-shows. If we cancel this event we will refund you. You will be required to sign an additional waiver upon check-in with your current contact info in the event we need to call you back. you and your child(ren) will each receive a bracelet with your child(ren)s name on it with time/date of check-in and this will be validated upon check-out of your child(ren).
