All children must be potty trained to attend. If your child is not potty trained, an additional fee will apply and you may be called to pick them up early — no refund will be issued in this case.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to limited spaces available, we cannot issue refunds for no-shows. If we cancel this event we will refund you. You will be required to sign an additional waiver upon check-in with your current contact info in the event we need to call you back. you and your child(ren) will each receive a bracelet with your child(ren)s name on it with time/date of check-in and this will be validated upon check-out of your child(ren).
