Policies
$75 non-refundable deposit will be required to book.
Evening parties are NOT recommended for young children. Skate mates are not available for rent on Friday evenings.
A guest list MUST be presented upon arrival to the party. **Check your confirmation email, it will have our preferred guest list format for you to download and fill out!
There is a 20 guest limit for all parties booked during open session. Please be mindful that there is not extra room for a large number of adult spectators. If you plan to have several adults, please call us for private party information.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time of your party.
Arrival and serving times are planned in advance, and will not be adjusted for late arrivals.
Parties arriving 15+ minutes late to their party will forfeit their $75 deposit and possibly their party space.
Payment the day of the party must be cash or credit. NO CHECKS! There is a 4% Handling fee on all non-cash transactions.
Cake/Cupcakes may be brought in with a scheduled party. No other outside food or drink is permitted.
There are no substitutions to party packages.
No confetti, silly string, loose glitter, or pinatas are permitted.
Party table space is only provided for paid party guests. Seating for adult spectators is very limited, and may not be available at all.
Excessive Mess Policy - If excessive mess is found in your party area from cake smashing, icing fights, confetti, silly string, loose glitter, pinatas, etc, your $75 deposit will not be deducted from your bill on the day of the party.
Parties must vacate the building within 15 minutes of their party ending. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the $75 deposit.
