Cancellation and Refund Policy

By completing the Participation Form you are giving permission for your child to take part in the selected week(s) of The 1111 ELM Summer Experience. Our weekly themed experiences, kids ages 8+ will craft high-quality products like soaps, lotions, scrubs, candles, and more, designed to match each exciting theme. Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Location: 17 N Cass, Westmont, IL Ages: 8 and up! Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel this week’s 1111 ELM Summer Experience, a written cancellation notice must be provided 30 days before the start date to receive a refund. You will be charged a $125 cancellation fee and refunded the difference. If we have availability in another Summer Experience, you may request to switch weeks for a $50 change fee. 1111 ELM Summer Experiences are based on a weekly fee; daily rates are not offered.
