Date Night in Italy

Grab a friend, partner or spouse and join us for a culinary adventure through Italy.

Designed to be a fun Saturday night out with a partner or friend, in this class you will make Fettuccine Carbonara (handmade pasta), Grilled Salmon with Pesto, Shaved Fennel, Arugula and Apple salad and Lemon Curd Gelato! 

This class is taught by Maureen Luchejko, a French Culinary Institute trained chef, instructor and food stylist.  Maureen has worked on many Food Network shows and has taught in many arenas, including as a private instructor, at Warren Kitchen and Cutlery, and at Sur la Table. 

Class price is for two people.
