Class Description:
Gather your pals and enjoy a fun-filled with festive grilled tacos and cool south-of the-border libations!  Join Bruce Campbell as he shows you how to make BBQ tacos at home.  Not only is Bruce an experienced culinary instructor, he also just happens to be an award-winning BBQ pro, plus, he’s lots of fun, so you’re in for a treat!   He’ll teach loads of essential grilling BBQ techniques as he shows you how to make grilled BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, and Fish. Next, you’ll learn some incredibly flavorful fillings, sauces and salsas like Fire Roasted Salsa, Mango Salsa, homemade Baja BBQ Sauce, Chipotle Lime Aioli, BBQ Mexican Fire Beans, Pineapple Slaw, and more, that will take your taco creations over the top. Whoa.  No BBQ Taco menu would be complete without partaking in adult beverages, right?  So, Bruce (aka The Food & Beverage Guy) will show off his cocktail skills as he makes Austin Avocado Margarita that you’ll get to taste. We’ll provide plenty of napkins and lots of taco-licious fun!

NOTES:

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund. 
• This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.  
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes.
• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
