Party Policies and Disclaimers
Our birthday tables are designed for the accommodation of the 16 skaters included in the birthday party package. We do not guarantee additional seating for guests or additional skaters. There are tables in our concession area that may be available, but cannot be reserved. Please note: if you have an excessive amount of non-skating guests (i.e. your guest count significantly surpasses your skater total), you may be subject to a $40 facility fee. If you are planning on having high amounts of extra skaters and guests, we encourage you to look into our private party options instead by contacting skatecityevents@gmail.com.
You understand that you are responsible for any additional skaters over the first 16 that come with your party. The cost is $7 per extra skater, which will be added to the final bill. Please do not show up more then 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your party. Your party table will not be ready until the time of the session's start.
The party table time and skating duration concludes at the end of the scheduled skating session and in many cases your table will be needed for the following session's birthday parties.
Cancellation Policies
The $30 deposit paid on this booking is non-refundable but does get deducted from the total balance the day of the party. We do all the billing the day of the party which will include a 10% Merriam sales tax and fee added to your final bill. Please bring payment of cash or card with you to Skate City. We will not use this website for final payment.
