Floppy Bowl/Flower Vase Class

This entry-level class is designed to allow students to make their own unique blown flower vase or ruffled bowl. Learn the basic skills to create a beautiful, functional piece by hand.

No previous glass experience is required. Class size is maximum 6 students to maximize 1:1 instruction and hands-on learning time.

Participants must be 12 years or older.  Ages 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult.  This class requires the psychical ability to walk around the studio, sit, stand, step up and down on a platform, carry and rotate a pipe, along with the ability to hear and follow directions.  If a participant shows signs of alcohol consumption, they forfeit their class.

The glass will need to cool at least overnight. Projects can then be picked up, or shipped for a flat $25 fee per address. Please claim your work within 30 days. Glass left on the Class Project Pick-Up shelf for longer than 30 days is subject to removal to make space for other students' work.Participants must be at least 12 years old.  Minors must have a guardian present. 

If class size is under 3 students, we will contact you to reschedule before your scheduled class.
By registering, you agree to our policy: Students who cancel/reschedule their reservation within 2 days of the class or miss their appointment will be asked to pay a $40 rescheduling fee.
