Class Description:

Life is busy. Let’s get ahead of the kitchen chaos AND re-invent the one-dish meal shall we? Every busy cook will love this inspiring way to get dinner on the table in a hurry – it’s even perfect for entertaining! Seriously. This convenient cooking method is a real timesaver because everything is assembled, cooked, and served on one pan…veggies, potatoes, meats – in whatever combination your heart desires (or using up whatever you happen to have in your fridge!) And, the best part about this simple way to cook is that there’s only one pan to clean up! You’re welcome. This morning, Chef Tarra Freberg will teach some sheet pan cooking techniques that are known for intensifying flavors as she shows you how to make several of her family's favorite dinners that are cooked on one sheet pan! She’ll even show you how to make dessert on a sheet pan. Say what? These are so simple to put together, yet sooooo tasty! Once you master the simple techniques, the skies the limit on all of the simple and unique meals you can create! It’s you, your oven, and a sheet pan, folks! Let’s get ’er done!
