Course 2: Seasonal Salad with Potato Vinaigrette
- Fresh greens and roasted vegetables dressed with a potato vinaigrette.
Course 3: Red Beet Tart Tatin with Sour Cream Herb Dip
- Caramelized beets and red onions on flaky pastry, paired with a zesty, herb-infused vegan sour cream dip.
Course 4: Linzer Torte with Raspberries
- Buttery spiced almond crust with raspberry filling and lattice top.

Meet Your Chef: Chef Elvira is on a mission to share gourmet plant-based recipes for all types of diners (plant-based or not!). She has been a vegetarian and vegan chef for over 35 years and co-owned one of the first vegetarian restaurant in Cologne, Germany among other vegetarian catering services across Germany, Italy, and the United States.
Passionate about food from the start, Elvira's cookbook Irresistibly Vegan, went on to win one of the prestigious Gourmand World Awards for Best Canadian Vegan Cookbook! Join Elvira for this class that promises food that is healthy, scrumptious, supports a more humane lifestyle, and a sustainable planet!
Youth under 16 years old are welcome to join our cooking classes, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult, and each youth has their own ticket.
