*If you are planning on bringing 20 or more children for your field trip you will need to book your event before our studio opens. We can accommodate larger groups at the 9:00, 9:30, and 10:00 am time. If you would like to book a large group during our regular business hours please give us a call.

There is an 15 child minimum for all field trips. If your field trip does not have at least 15 attendees, 10% will be add to your total bill upon checkout. Please note that we can only reserve space for those participating in the party or event. Adults may fill in for children that do not attend. Please be sure to be on time for your event. We book our events as efficiently as possible and that means that there is almost always an event booked before and after you. Groups that arrive a half hour late will forfeit half of their deposit. Please remember that pottery is an art and not a science and some pieces may not make it through the firing. If your piece is damaged due to the firing process you will be compensated with store credit. There is no refund on your deposit for cancellations made within three weeks of your party or event. Cancellations on your deposit made before three weeks can be applied towards another party or event. There is a $75 travel fee and a $1/mile round trip mileage fee for all offsite events.
