PAYMENTS: If paying by CASH or GIFT CARD please call 856-508-0080. We require a $25 deposit per reservation, plus a platform booking fee. YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE  WITHIN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.

CANCELLATIONS: There are NO REFUNDS.  If you cancel 48 hours prior to the event date you will receive a credit towards any future purchase up to twelve months from date of event at Jane's Tea House. You may cancel by phone at 856-508-0080 or email at info@janesteahouse.com.

NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your booked reservation, your credit card will be charged. There are NO REFUNDS and NO CREDITS. 
* Sales Taxes and 20% Service Fee (goes to the wait staff) is not included. All reservations are charged a booking fee that goes directly to the online reservation booking company.
