Come learn the ancient art of mosaics! In this longer immersive class, you will explore color, texture, and design to create a one-of-a-kind mosaic piece. The instructor will cover how to use glass cutting tools, design tips, terminology, substrates, adhesives, grouting and finishing. This class can be for one student or can be shared with one additional attendee.
Choose from among several large decorative tables and trays such as:
- large metal or wooden tray with handles
- tiered tray
- table with removable tray
- plant stand
All projects can be grouted by you or our staff and available for pick-up approximately one week after your session.
The class length is based on the average amount of time this project takes to create. The actual time may vary depending on design complexity, number of individuals working on your project, as well as the speed at which everyone works. Customers who are unable to finish their project in the allotted time are asked to schedule a return visit to complete the project at the earliest convenience or within a few weeks. We regret that we cannot hold unfinished projects for longer than 2 months.

NOTES:
- A minimum of 2 participants/projects are required to run this class. If the minimum is not met, participants will be notified by email/phone and refunded or rescheduled at their convenience.
- Attendees under 18 must have a signed waiver from their parent/guardian upon arrival. If the legal guardian is not arriving with the underage attendee, please ask us for the waiver in advance and it will be supplied via email prior to the date of the class.
- Late arrivals for scheduled classes: be aware that we may not have time to accommodate you.
- Cancellation requires 14 business days' notice. A 20% rebooking fee may apply for changes to your original order. We regret that no rescheduling or account credit will be issued to customers who do not arrive at their scheduled time or date. No cash or credit card refunds, account credit only.
